Yaseen Eldik - Promoting Diversity

Based in Connecticut, Yaseen Eldik is the Legal Academic Pipeline Program Director at Yale Law School, where he works to foster community and inclusion. He organizes workshops with student leaders to promote these values. Additionally, Yaseen serves on both the Dean’s Democracy and Dialogue Initiative Committee and the Law School’s Diversity Committee.

Since 2018, Mr. Eldik has been producing video op-eds for The New York Times, covering topics such as the Muslim American experience, racial justice, and environmental preservation. He is also a senior scholar with the Harry S. Truman Foundation and serves as a mentor for the Truman-Albright Fellowship.

A graduate of Harvard Law School, Mr. Eldik served as a teaching assistant for the Harvard Fashion Law Lab, where he contributed to the design of lectures and course materials alongside a visiting professor and coordinated special guest appearances. He currently serves as co-chair of the Gucci Changemakers Council, working to promote inclusivity within the fashion industry in partnership with select nonprofit organizations.
